USA: 2022 Spring outdoor handicap changes. Jeta and Barto increase to 10 goals

Shortly before the end of the American season, the USPA has announced the changes in the men's and women's handicaps, with more than 250 modifications. Some increases will be effective as of June 1 of this year and others as of December 2022. Legend for Handicap Changes
